Move a page within its space hierarchy

Moves a page to a new position within its space hierarchy. Supply pageId and a fractional-index position; optionally set parentPageId to change the parent or to null to move the page to the root level.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

Error handling

A 403 is returned when the authenticated user is not permitted to move the page. A 404 is returned when the page identified by pageId does not exist. pageId and position are required, and position must be 5 to 12 characters.
