Removes a page's access restriction and returns the page to inherited space access. Supply pageId to identify the page whose restriction you want to remove.

Error handling
A 403 is returned when the authenticated user is forbidden from changing page access or page permissions are not included in the current licence. A 404 is returned when the page identified by pageId does not exist. pageId is required.
