Retrieves the verification state for a page, including whether verification is configured. Supply pageId to identify the page; the response can contain a null verification state when the page has none.

Error handling
A 403 is returned when access to the verification state is forbidden. A 404 is returned when the page is not found. The pageId field must be a UUID identifying an existing page.
